Return and Exchange Policy

We want your clothes to make you happy.
If something isn’t working, here’s how we fix it:

Eligibility: Any item may be returned or exchanged within seven days after delivery. Items must be in their original, tag-added packaging, unopened, and unwashed.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are final sale or personalized cannot be exchanged or returned.

Procedure: Please email returns@supercoat.in with your order number and the reason for the return to start the return or exchange process. The next steps will be explained to you by our team.

Refunds: After we receive the returned goods, we process refunds in 5–7 business days. The original payment method will receive the refund.
